CLESSTE / City Over Trouser

-This item is a more modern update based on the US Army Snow Camo Pants, which were adopted by the American military for combat in snowy areas from around 1970.  The waist has elastic and a drawcord.  The hem also has an adjuster.  Made of cotton nylon ripstop material, this piece can be worn all season.
